From June through September, Budva operates on an entirely different temporal logic. The beach clubs of Jaz, Dukley Beach, and Mogren hold their programming until well past midnight; the terrace restaurants of the Old Town fill from nine in the evening; the clubs of the Budva Riviera — Top Hill, Aquatica — do not reach their density until after eleven.
