Data we collect
Identity (first name, last name, country), contact (email, phone), and trip details (date, route, vehicle preference). We do not collect payment data: invoices are issued separately.
Use
Solely to operate your reservation, to confirm details by WhatsApp or email, and to keep a service history for repeat clients. We do not market third-party services.
Retention
Active reservations: 24 months after last service. Statutory accounting records: 10 years per Montenegrin regulations.
Rights
Under Montenegro's data protection law, aligned with the EU GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data. Email reservation@ffgrmontenegro.com.
